A timeless and enduring blue hue, PANTONE 19-4052 Classic Blue is elegant in its simplicity. A solid dependable blue hue we can always rely on.
1) Soft goods
Things like throw pillows, throw blankets and bedding are pieces that are easy to switch out throughout the year because you can find them at such great prices. “Classic Blue” is a timeless and classic shade of blue but has also been seen in many modern home designs. Blues and greens are my signature colors so this is easy for me.
2) Table scape
Classic Blue compliments many other colors seamlessly including shades of wood and white that are normally found in furniture pieces. A Classic Blue table napkin or placemat is a great way to incorporate that color. You can even add some fun blue patterned dishes for a modern monochromatic look.
3) Paint
Classic Blue as a wall color makes for a bold statement and has a luxurious feeling when paired with leather furniture and emerald green accents. If you want to incorporate this color into your home but you don’t want to commit to an entire space, try painting accent pieces. An accent like a consolse table, bathroom vanity, back of a bookself or accent wall is a great way to incorporate this pop of color.
4) Outdoors
Take it outside: paint your front door, try it on a wreath, or even outdoor seat cushions.
